ORLANDO, Fla. (September 18, 2017) – Marlow’s Tavern celebrates autumn with food and cocktail specials that highlight ingredients and flavors of the season. These dishes and libations reflect shifting temperatures and attitudes in the most delicious manner.

“Each year we look forward to cooler weather and seasonal produce that the fall season brings. Our team is excited to serve comforting, hearty dishes that feature fresh ingredients such as fennel, squash and apples. And of course, we are serving creative cocktails to complement these satisfying plates,” says John C. Metz, executive chef, CEO and co-founder of Marlow’s Tavern.

Now through Sept. 29, the menu features the following food and drink specials:

Blazed Beef Brisket – fork-tender smoked brisket, Jack Daniel’s glaze, crispy onion strings, apple-cabbage slaw on toasted onion roll

Seared Diver Scallops – simply seasoned and perfectly seared with celeriac purée, sweet potato, roasted fennel and sweet pea hash, roast tomato fondue and parslied olive oil

Bourbon Street Bread Pudding Beignets – Jack Daniel’s Honey Whiskey, cream soaked baguette, Coca-Cola beignet batter and bourbon crème anglaise

Cranberry Harvest – crisp and refreshing American Harvest Organic Vodka, fresh cranberry, lemon, splash of apple cider, Regan’s Orange Bitters

Nice Pear Manhattan – High West Double Rye, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, Cardamaro, Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
